Impact Office Supplies has developed this website with the aim that we provide our customers a stress free way to order their daily supplies. We've put together this help section so that we can explain the areas of our site which may differ from previous versions and for our new customers who may not be familiar with certain features. There are two options for creating a account with impact office supplies. You can fill out the online form here, or you can call us on 1300 658 763 for a team member to set you up on the phone. After you have been setup, you can place an order online with your username and password, or with one of our team members directly.
We have created multiple ways for customers to log into their account. The most obvious one is available on the front page of the website here. You can also login by either clicking on, or hovering over the login link which is located in the top right corner of our site (on every page). Once you have logged in you will see your dashboard.
At the top of every page you will find a search form that you can use to find products by name and by product code. You can search for items and then narrow down your results by clicking on the links on the left hand side of your results.
Below the search box you will find a list of top categories. Under each of these categories the menu will expand to show you sub categories that you can click through to browse our products. If you cannot find an item, try using our search form.
A. As a customer of impact, you will have access to faster processing of your orders, ability to reorder and modify previous orders, maintain and manage multiple hot/favourite lists and you will gain access to exclusive offers and promotions not available to casual shoppers.
